Meet Jen Cernik

I have over 13 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist having worked in both the NHS and private sector. I am a mother to my son Freddie and understand the physical changes that can happen to women in the postpartum period.

I am passionate about empowering, informing, and treating women of all ages regarding their pelvic health, whilst creating a safe space to discuss your concerns, be heard and offer you the support you need.
